Research and development

One of the vital parts of the company is the Research and Development department. 

First of all HIMA selects its designers on the base of their knowledge of a specific market, in order to follow as close as possible the taste, needs and culture of a specific market. 

The R&D department is responsible for the technical execution of those several designs, drawings produced by the designers.      

These designs/drawings are converted into production plans, which are a guide for all different departments in the factory
